CryptPad — integration environment

This is the integration deployment of the CryptPad Next project: the latest upstream client running against the new Rust server (cpn-server). integration — data may be wiped at any time.

Commands that are not ported yet answer a documented refusal (ENOTIMPLEMENTED, EPOLICY_NOT_READY) — that is the environment surfacing the remaining port work, not a defect.
